The Story of Becoming Jasim Sir
After completing my Honors in History from the Arts faculty, I shifted to the IT field. The reason was simple—I felt like I was walking blindly down a path with no future. Realizing this, I decided to switch to a technical field, hoping for better career prospects.
However, after finishing my IT studies, I understood something even harder than academics: securing a stable job in an established organization was twice as difficult. I struggled, fought, and gained experience, slowly perfecting my skills. Eventually, I realized that to deserve a good job, you must first make yourself deserving—only then can you grow.
After years of hard work, I finally established myself in the IT sector. But then, something unexpected happened—I started feeling frustrated. Following a boss’s orders, day after day, didn’t sit right with me. I had never lived under someone else’s commands, and even my "dream job" began to feel suffocating.
I started questioning my purpose: Why am I studying? For whom? What will I achieve with a job? I couldn’t find meaning in what I was doing. The more I reflected, the more dissatisfied I became. Finally, I made a bold decision—I quit my IT job.
Then, I stepped into the education sector. Starting as a computer teacher, I gradually built my own coaching center. Over time, it grew into my own educational brand, and today, I serve as its Chairman...
