The Story of Becoming Jasim Sir
After completing my Honors in History from the Arts faculty, I shifted to the IT field. The reason was simple—I felt like I was walking blindly down a path with no future. Realizing this, I decided to switch to a technical field, hoping for better career prospects.
However, after finishing my IT studies, I understood something even harder than academics: securing a stable job in an established organization was twice as difficult. I struggled, fought, and gained experience, slowly perfecting my skills. Eventually, I realized that to deserve a good job, you must first make yourself deserving—only then can you grow.
After years of hard work, I finally established myself in the IT sector. But then, something unexpected happened—I started feeling frustrated. Following a boss’s orders, day after day, didn’t sit right with me. I had never lived under someone else’s commands, and even my "dream job" began to feel suffocating.
I started questioning my purpose: Why am I studying? For whom? What will I achieve with a job? I couldn’t find meaning in what I was doing. The more I reflected, the more dissatisfied I became. Finally, I made a bold decision—I quit my IT job.
Then, I stepped into the education sector. Starting as a computer teacher, I gradually built my own coaching center. Over time, it grew into my own educational brand, and today, I serve as its Chairman
I learned to understand myself better. When you create something with your own creativity, and that very thing becomes your brand—that’s when success finds you. That’s when you truly understand your purpose.
When your passion becomes your dream, when your work becomes your ego, when you start respecting what you do—that’s when you know you’ve found your calling.
Working in education gave me something priceless— respect and love from my students. Their admiration, calling me their ideal Jasim Sir, inspired me to become an even better teacher. My goal became sharing my knowledge and experience so that my students could understand their own futures early on.
I wanted them to realize their purpose, to ask themselves: What do I love? What should I do? Who should I become? This love for teaching, this bond with my students, is what transformed me from Jasim into Jasim Sir.
To reach even more students, I expanded my efforts online—through Facebook, YouTube, and my own website. Now, I provide educational guidance, helping students avoid the confusion I once faced. My mission is simple: to guide young minds so they don’t lose their way like I did.
I’ve seen talented students and friends crushed under financial pressures, forced to abandon their dreams. Witnessing this firsthand made me realize how important education is. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to it—to stand by students, guide them, and help them turn their passions into reality.
This is my purpose.
This is why I became Jasim Sir.
