3. Donations & Refunds

Payments: Donations are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. Tax receipts (e.g., under 80G, if applicable) are issued based on accurate donor details provided by you.

Refunds: General donations are non-refundable as they are allocated immediately to projects. Exceptions may be considered for:

• Duplicate or accidental transactions (notify us within 7 days).
• Suspected fraudulent use of your payment method (with supporting proof).

To request a review, email info@bsdc.co.in with your Transaction ID, reason, and contact details. If approved, refunds are processed within 15 working days.

4. Volunteers: Responsibilities & Liability

• Provide accurate information at registration and follow instructions during activities.
• Respect confidentiality, including beneficiary privacy and data.
• Assumption of Risk: Field activities may involve travel and physical tasks; you participate at your own risk.
• No Insurance: We do not provide personal accident/health insurance; volunteers should arrange their own cover.
• Indemnity: You agree not to hold the Trust liable for injuries, losses, or third-party acts during volunteer work, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by the Trust or used with permission.
• Limited non-commercial sharing is permitted with proper attribution and without modification.

6. Disclaimers

• The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
• Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of Liability
